NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON DAVID BEAULIEU’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that David Beaulieu, full-service real estate broker (licence E6454), whose establishment is located in Lasalle has had conditions and restrictions imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 37 (1°) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

On August 18, 2022, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Mr. Beaulieu:

That it is appropriate to issue a licence to the applicant with the following conditions and restrictions:

a) For a period of 24 months following his licence issuance, prohibiting him from carrying on activities on his own account and from being designated as agency executive officer and/or from acting as one.

b) The period referred to in paragraph (a) shall be suspended in the event the applicant suspends or revokes his real estate broker's licence.

c) The period referred to in paragraph a) shall end when the applicant accumulates 24 months as an active real estate broker’s licence holder as of the issuance of his licence.

d) For his first 6 transactions, the applicant shall be under the direct supervision of his agency executive officer or of an experienced broker designated by the agency executive officer.

e) Within 30 days of his licence issuance, the applicant shall send a letter to the Organization’s Registry Service stating that his agency executive officer undertakes to supervise him as referred to in paragraph (d).

f) In the event of an agency change before the completion of the 6 transactions, the applicant shall, within 30 days following the change, provide a letter in which his new agency executive officer undertakes to carry out the supervision mentioned in paragraph d).

g) Within 6 months following notification of this decision, complete the training course entitled “Simultaneous presentation of several transaction proposals,” provided by the OACIQ Continuing Education Department or any other equivalent training accredited by the OACIQ.

h) Within 30 days of his licence issuance, send the OACIQ Registry Service proof of his registration for the training mentioned in paragraph g).

Should the applicant fail to comply with the above conditions and restrictions, his right to engage in real estate brokerage activities shall be suspended until he does so.

This notice became enforceable on September 15, 2022.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences.
