OF MIKAËL GAUDREAU-BOUCQUEY LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Mikael Gaudreau-Boucquey , real estate broker, licence number G4138, whose establishment is located in Longueuil, had his licence revoked, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).
Following the meeting of august 24, 2023, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee decided to revoke Mr. Gaudreau-Boucquey’s licence.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).
The decision became enforceable on October 11,2023.
